This lecture will review the three pillars of myopia and axial length management: environmental factors, binocular vision assessment and blur control (central and peripheral). It will suggest practical ways, with decision trees, to evaluate candidates and to help practitioners to decide which strategy should be selected to reach optimal results. Combination of therapies will be also covered. A few examples will be given and run through clinical algorithms to make this lecture all clinical.
